Ethan and Sharilyn Flowers contracted Stephanie to combine several choice floor plans into one that would
appeal to a growing family and yet occupy a conservative footprint in the middle of a 120-acre tract of land
surrounded by open pastures and over 80 head of longhorn cattle. Large porches and wide open windows
accented with cedar shutters and Texas limestone characterize the exterior of this home, enhancing the Texas
Ranch feel.

From the beginning of this project it has been our goal to incorporate Green Construction principles where
possible. In support of this concept, we are using pre-cast concrete construction of all exterior walls. Solar panels
currently operate the gate that permits access to the property. We plan to continue with this concept throughout the
project.

Anticipated completion - Fall 2010.
